An Ongoing Total Contract Value Increase through Customer Value Creation.

Operations excellence, health and safety and environment are key strategic imperatives at mining business. To address these imperatives, my customer established an advanced analytics center of competence with a diverse set of vendors, my former employer included. Few years later we became a key partner delivering high-yielding results on cost reductions through predictive maintenance of mobile and fixed assets, emissions control reducing air pollution and worker safety and efficiency and prediction of worker absenteeism amongst others.

As the Client Technology Advisor for this customer, I was responsible for leading Advanced Analytics Center of Competence contract adoption and growth by anticipating Line of Business trends and demands, developing customer value models and business cases while designing solutions that leveraged the breadth of my former employer products and services portfolio as well as the ecosystem of partners, vendors and competitors, leading Analytics CoC stakeholders toward initiatives such as:

• Quantum computing research initiative to shape the future of operations optimization as the complexity overcomes traditional computing

• Cognitive computing fueled brand reputation platform to augment Chief of Communications Office decisions with near real time insights from unstructured data analysis and modeling

• Cognitive legal platform to build a knowledge graph from a variety of unstructured sources and provide HR and Legal with predictive models to prevent labor litigation

• Smart building initiatives to reduce fixed costs, optimize resources and provide employee mobility and hospitality services
